JIM SPINELLO, PRESIDENT

Jim Spinello, is a native son of New Mexico. He has personal working experience with the diverse cultures of New Mexico; thereby showing respect for the environmental and cultural traditions of the State and her indigenous people. 

Jim Spinello’s background is school learning, fortified by experience with all sizes of infrastructure and civil projects. As the initiator and manager of the Construction Management team at a large engineering firm, it was up to Jim to learn and establish processes and responsibilities of construction services from beginning to end.

§  Jim’s career began as an engineering draftsman, giving him thorough knowledge of plans and specs.

§  Jim spent time at construction sites on ‘the shovel side’ therefore having a ‘ground floor’ perspective.

§  As a construction manager/observer Jim gleaned knowledge from various contractors and officials.

§  Having been on the managerial side of the shop, Jim is proficient in orchestrating project tasks for optimal timing and efficiency.
